lookthinkmake (LTM) seeks a full time Account Manager with a go-getter attitude and 3+ years of agency experience. This exciting roll will require you to dive into advertising, marketing, branding, strategy, research, media planning/buying, web and collateral production. If you can think about the big picture but also know how all of the pixels fall into place to make that picture perfect, this might be the roll for you. You’ve got a strong sense of self-initiative and can take direction and work with a team well. Leading client meetings are a no-brainer for you, but you’re also comfortable behind the scenes building media plans, researching content for marketing campaigns. You’re cool as a cucumber in high-stress situations where you are working on multiple projects simultaneously. To say that you’re organized is an understatement. You have a sense of how things work in an agency, and you’re willing to plug in to how LTM works and can bring your own skillset and strategic thinking to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Analysis Plan research and development
  • Lead the development of Marketing Plans in collaboration with Strategy Team
  • Lead media buying and planning
  • Lead client meetings
  • Act as liaison between various lookthinkmake internal teams as well as with clients
  • Ability to build, set and maintain budgets
  • Event planning, coordinating and support
  • Production management and support for traditional and non-traditional media as well as digital marketing and web
  • Manage and maintain 3rd-party vendor relationships
  • Lead the development of Creative Briefs and Mandatories Briefs in collaboration with team
  • Strong knowledge of Asana (or similar project management system) to comfortably set up all project workflow for lookthinkmake teams
  • Ability to scope out new work and contribute to proposal creation
  • Take the lead on new client onboarding
  • Facilitate workflow among digital and creative teams
  • This role reports to the Account Director

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency or agency-like setting
  • Excellent references from previous agencies and clients
  • Experience and ability to work within a project management software (Experience with Asana is a plus) 
  • Experience and ability to work in Website CMS is a plus - Craft, WordPress, etc.
